# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 11th April 2011.
(2) In this Order “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983.
