# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 9th April 2012.
(2) In this Order “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983.
