Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 7th April 2014.

In this Order “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983f1.
