# The Personal Pension Schemes (Concurrent Membership) Order 2000, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Personal Pension Schemes (Concurrent Membership) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 6th April 2001 immediately after the coming into force of paragraph 8 of Schedule 13 to the Finance Act 2000.
(2) In this Order, references to a section, without more, are references to that section of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.
