Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Pension Schemes (Relief at Source) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, shall come into force on 1st October 2000 and shall have effect with respect to personal pension schemes on and after 6th April 2001.
