Regulation 12 Amendments to the principal Regulations

In regulation 7(2)—

(a)

the word “signed” shall be omitted;

(b)

for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted—

“(b)

the individual will, not later than the date specified in paragraph (3), give notice to the administrator if an event occurs as a result of which the individual, having regard to section 632A(3) to (9), will no longer be eligible to make contributions.”.
