# The Personal Protective Equipment (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 2


Paragraph 31 of Schedule 1 to the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1992and Schedule 1 to the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993shall have effect as if references therein to Council Directive 89/686/EEC of 21st December 1989 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to personal protective equipmentwere references to that Directive as amended by Council Directive 93/95/EEC of 29th October 1993.
