  "text": "HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES\nMade 24th October 2007\nComing into force 25th October 2007\nPerth and Kinross Council have applied for an Order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 (“the Act”):\nThe Scottish Ministers are satisfied as mentioned in section 14(2)(b) of that Act:\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section make the following Order:–",

Perthshire and Kinross Council changed the name of their area from “Perthshire and Kinross” to “Perth and Kinross” by resolution under section 23(1) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 on 1st December 1995."
