# The Pesticides (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 7: The Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012


(1) The Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “Regulation 1107/2009”, for “Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/605” substitute “Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council”.
(3) In regulation 5(12), in the definition of “a regulator in the United Kingdom”—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “the Quality Assurance Agency or”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “the Quality Assurance Agency (Wales)” substitute “Qualifications Wales”.
