  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) Order 1999 so as to extend the scheme to the following—\nAntigua and Barbuda\nGuadeloupe\nMontserrat\nAscension Island\nHawaii\nNew Caledonia\nAustralia\nJamaica\nNew Zealand\nBarbados\nJapan\nSt Helena\nBermuda\nLa Réunion\nSt Kitts and Nevis\nCayman Islands\nMalta\nSt Vincent\nCyprus\nMartinique\nSingapore\nFalkland Islands\nMauritius\nVanuatu\nFiji\nMayotte\nWallis and Fortuna\nFrench Polynesia\nThere are additional requirements for these countries, which are specified in the new Schedule 6 to the Order.\nIn addition, it amends article 4 of the Order so as to remove the requirement for the Minister to approve routes along which animals may be transported.\nIt makes a consequential amendment to the Rabies (Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) Order 1974.\nA regulatory impact assessment has been prepared in respect of this Order. A copy of it has been placed in the library of each House of Parliament. Further copies can be obtained from the Pets and Quarantine Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, 2nd Floor, 1A Page Street, London SW1P 4PQ. A copy has been published on the Ministry’s website at www.maff.gov.uk/animalh/quarantine/",
