# The Pet Travel Scheme (Scotland) Order 2003, Article 5: Recognition of laboratories


(1) The Scottish Ministers may recognise laboratories as being competent to carry out blood tests for the purposes of this Order by designating individual laboratories or a category of laboratories as so competent.
(2) The Scottish Ministers shall publish a list of recognised laboratories in such manner as they think fit.
