# The Peterhead Bay Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2002, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Peterhead Bay Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10th June 2002.
(2) The Peterhead Bay Harbour Trust and Transfer Order 1983 and this Order may be cited together as the Peterhead Bay Authority Orders 1983 and 2002.
