# The Peterhead Bay Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2002, Paragraph 2


The first convener taking office after the new constitution date shall be appointed at the first meeting of the Authority referred to in paragraph 9 below and shall, subject to paragraph 4 below, and unless he resigns his office as convener or ceases to be a member, continue in office as convener until his initial term of office as a member has expired.
