# The Peterhead Bay Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2002, Paragraph 22


Any notice, licence or other document given or issued by the Authority shall, unless the contrary intention is expressed, be sufficiently authenticated if signed by the secretary of the Authority or a duly authorised officer of the Authority.
