# The Peterhead Bay Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2002, Paragraph 3


Subject to paragraph 4 below, every convener subsequently appointed under paragraph 1 above shall, unless he resigns his office as convener or ceases to be a member, hold office for a period of three years.
