# The Peterhead Bay Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2002, Paragraph 6


The first deputy convener holding office after the new constitution date shall be appointed as soon as practicable after that date and shall, unless he resigns his office as deputy convener or ceases to be a member, continue in office as deputy convener until the first anniversary of the new constitution date.
