  "text": "For the definition of “trustees” in section 2 of the schedule to the 1992 Act there shall be substituted–\n““trustees” means the existing trustees and the trustees of the harbours acting for the time being under the authority of this Order or the Peterhead Harbours Revision (Constitution) Order 2002 or any such body of trustees, as the case may require.”",
