# The Peterhead Harbours Revision (Constitution) Order 2002, Paragraph 7


At all meetings of the trustees, five shall be a quorum and no business shall be transacted at any meeting of the trustees unless a quorum shall be present at such meeting and every meeting of the trustees may be adjourned from time to time whether a quorum be present or not.
