  "heading": "Disqualification of members",
  "text": "If the Authority are satisfied that a member–\n(a) has without the permission of the Authority been absent from meetings of the Authority–\n(i) for a period during which three such meetings have been held; or\n(ii) for a period of three consecutive months;\nwhichever of those periods is the longer; or\n(b) has had an award of sequestration made against his estate or has made a trust deed for behoof of his creditors or a composition arrangement; or\n(c) is incapacitated by physical or mental illness from discharging the functions of a member; or\n(d) is otherwise unable, unwilling or unfit to discharge the functions of a member;\nthe Authority may declare his office as a member to be vacant and thereupon his office shall become vacant.",
