# The Peterhead Port Authority Harbour Revision Order 2015, Article 7: Construction Environmental Management Plan

Extent: S

(1) The works shall not be commenced until a Construction Environmental Management Plan has been submitted to and, following consultation with Scottish Natural Heritage and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, approved by the Scottish Ministers.
(2) The Authority shall secure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Environmental Management Plan approved by the Scottish Ministers under paragraph (1).
