  "text": "(1) The 2005 Order is amended as follows.\n(2) For article 7 substitute—\n“Terms of office of subsequent members\n7 (1) A member appointed under article 4(1)(a) shall, unless appointed to fill a casual vacancy and, subject to articles 8 and 10 of, and paragraph 11 of, schedule 2 of, this Order, hold office for a term of—\n(a) three years,\n(b) two years, or\n(c) one year\nto be determined in accordance with article 7(2).\n(2) The term of office shall be determined by the Authority for each appointment, and in each case shall run from 1 January next following the appointment.”.",
