  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order confers powers on the Authority to construct and maintain works in the port. It also alters the harbour limits of the port, provides for the possibility of differing terms of office of the members of the Authority and repeals superseded, obsolete or otherwise unnecessary statutory provision affecting the port.",
