# Petroleum Act 1987, Section 20: Annual reports.

The Secretary of State shall not be required to prepare a report under section 1(5) of the Continental Shelf Act 1964 (annual reports relating to licences under the Petroleum (Production) Act 1934) for the financial year ending on 31st March 1987 or for any subsequent financial year.
