# Petroleum Act 1998, Paragraph 21


In section 6 of the Oil and Pipelines Act 1985 (interpretation), for the definition of “petroleum” there shall be substituted—
““petroleum” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Petroleum Act 1998;”.
