  "text": "In Article 69(2) of the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (power to amend certain provisions of Order)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “section 23(2) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982” there shall be substituted “ section 11(2) of the Petroleum Act 1998 ”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “section 22(5) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982” there shall be substituted “ section 10(8) of the Petroleum Act 1998 ”.",
