  "text": "A person guilty of an offence under section 28A, 30, 33, 36A, 37 or 38 shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to a fine, or to both.",
