  "text": "(1) This Part does not limit the exercise of the OGA's security and resilience functions.\n(2) This Part is subject to the exercise of the security and resilience functions by the OGA.\n(3) In this section “security and resilience function” means any function which relates to—\n(a) the security of petroleum supplies, or\n(b) the resilience of the petroleum industry.",
