  "heading": "Notification of petrol storage",
  "text": "A petroleum enforcement authority is given notice in accordance with this paragraph where notice—\n(a) is made in writing, stating—\n(i) the name of the occupier of the storage place;\n(ii) the address of the domestic or other relevant premises where the storage place is located;\n(iii) that petrol is kept, or to be kept, on those domestic or other relevant premises in accordance with paragraph 2; and\n(b) is given by the occupier of the storage place—\n(i) before keeping, or permitting the keeping, of petrol in accordance with paragraph 2; and\n(ii) after that, annually in the month of January.",
