  "text": "(1) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Petroleum Act 1998;\n“the current model clauses” has the meaning assigned thereto by section 5(1) of the Act.\n(2) In Part I of a Schedule to this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—\n(a) any reference to a paragraph is a reference to a paragraph of that Part of that Schedule;\n(b) any reference to Part II is a reference to Part II of that Schedule.",
