# The Petroleum (Current Model Clauses) Order 1999, Article 3: Current model clauses

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In relation to a paragraph of Schedule 1 to the Act which is specified in paragraph 1 of Part I of a Schedule to this Order, the current model clauses are those determined in accordance with that Schedule.
