# The Petroleum (Current Model Clauses) Order 1999, Paragraph 15: Fishing and navigation

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Licensee shall not carry out any operations authorised by this licence in or about the licensed area in such manner as to interfere unjustifiably—
(a) with navigation in any navigable water; or
(b) with fishing in or the conservation of the living resources of any waters in or in the vicinity of the licensed area.
