  "heading": "Short term and extended testing",
  "text": "(1) The Licensee shall not get any petroleum from the licensed area by virtue of this licence, except that the Licensee may get petroleum in the course of searching for petroleum—\n(a) for a period not exceeding four days in relation to each geological interval or stratum; and\n(b) with the consent of the Minister in writing, for a period not exceeding 90 days.\n(2) A consent given by the Minister in pursuance of paragraph (1)(b) of this clause may be made subject to conditions which may, in particular, be framed by reference to the period during which petroleum may be got and the quantity that may be got.",
