  "heading": "Applications for landward petroleum exploration licences, seaward petroleum exploration licences and methane drainage licences",
  "text": "An application for—\n(a) a landward petroleum exploration licence,\n(b) a seaward petroleum exploration licence, or\n(c) a methane drainage licence,\nmust include in respect of each applicant—\n(i) the applicant's name in full;\n(ii) where the applicant is a body corporate—\n(aa) its place of incorporation; and\n(bb) its registration number at Companies House or other appropriate registration number or identifier, or if it is registered in another jurisdiction, its registration number or other identifier from that jurisdiction;\n(iii) where the applicant is an individual, the applicant's usual residential address, otherwise—\n(aa) the address of the applicant's registered office; or\n(bb) if the applicant does not have a registered office the address of the applicant's principal place of business in the United Kingdom, and if the applicant does not have a principal place of business in the United Kingdom, the address of the applicant's principal place of business; and\n(iv) the place or places from which—\n(aa) the applicant's operations under the licence; or\n(bb) any commercial activities in connection with those operations,\nwill be directed and controlled.",
