Laid before Parliament 30th June 1983
Coming into Operation 1st January 1984
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6(6)(a) of the Energy Act 1976 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:—
