Laid before Parliament 16th December 1976
Coming into Operation 6th January 1977
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 6(6)(a) and (b) and 17(3) of the Energy Act 1976 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:—
