(1)

The divisions of Falmouth and Penryn shall be combined to form a new division which shall be known as the Falmouth-Penryn division.

(2)

The two divisions of Truro and West Powder and South Powder shall be combined to form a new division which shall be known as the Truro and South Powder division.
