(1)

The divisions of Helston and Kerrier and Falmouth and Penryn shall be combined to form anew division to be known as the Falmouth and Kerrier division.

(2)

The divisions of Dunheved and Stratton shall be combined to form a new division which shall be known as the Dunheved and Stratton division.
