Explanatory note

This Order gives effect to a draft Order submitted by the magistrates' courts committee for the county of Cornwall and provides for the combination of the petty sessional divisions of Helston and Kerrier and Falmouth and Penryn to form one new division to be known as the Falmouth and Kerrier petty sessional division and for the combination of the petty sessional divisions of Dunheved and Stratton to form one new division to be known as the Dunheved and Stratton petty sessional division.
