  "text": "–\n(1) The divisions of Barnstaple and South Molton shall be combined to form a new division which shall be known as the Barnstaple and South Molton division.\n(2) The divisions of Axminster and Honiton shall be combined to form a new division which shall be known as the Axminster and Honiton division.\n(3) The divisions of Okehampton and Tavistock shall be combined to form a new division which shall be known as the West Devon division.\n(4) The divisions of Kingsbridge, Plympton and Totnes shall be combined to form a new division which shall be known as the South Hams division.",
