  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order gives effect to a draft Order submitted by the magistrates' courts committee for the county of Essex and provides for the combination of the petty sessional divisions of Rochford and Southend on Sea to form one new division to be known as the Rochford and Southend on Sea division.",
