  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order gives effect to a draft order submitted by the magistrates' courts committee for the county of Gwent and provides for the combination of the petty sessional divisions of Abergavenny, Chepstow, Cwmbran, Monmouth, Pontypool and Usk to form one new division to be known as the East Gwent petty sessional division.",
