# The Petty Sessional Divisions (Kent) Order 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order gives effect to a draft order submitted by the magistrates' courts committee for the county of Kent and provides for the petty sessional divisions of Faversham and Sittingbourne to be combined to form a new petty sessional division of Faversham and Sittingbourne.
