This Order gives effect to a draft order submitted by the magistrates' courts committee for the county of Warwickshire and provides for the petty sessional divisions of Alcester, Kineton, Shipston on Stour and Stratford-upon-Avon to be combined to form a new petty sessional division of South Warwickshire, and for the petty sessional divisions of Southam and Warwick to be combined to form a new petty sessional division of Mid-Warwickshire.
