  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order gives effect to a draft Order submitted by the magistrates' courts committee for the metropolitan district of Wigan and provides for the combination of the petty sessional divisions of Makerfield and Wigan to form one new division to be known as the Wigan petty sessional division.",
