  "text": "In Part I of the Schedule to the Petty Sessions Areas Order 1999—\n(a) for the entries in column 1 opposite the entry “BEDFORDSHIRE” in column 2 there shall be substituted—\n“\nBedford and Mid Bedfordshire\nLuton and South Bedfordshire\n”;\n(b) for the entries in column 1 opposite the entry “ESSEX” in column 2 there shall be substituted—\n“\nMid-North Essex\nMid-South Essex\nNorth-East Essex\nNorth-West Essex\nSouth-East Essex\nSouth-West Essex\n”;\n(c) for the entries in column 1 opposite the entry “KENT” in column 2 there shall be substituted—\n“\nCanterbury and St. Augustine\nChannel\nDartford and Gravesham\nFaversham and Sittingbourne\nMedway\nMid Kent\nThanet\nWest Kent\n”;\n(d) for the entries in column 1 opposite the entry “STAFFORDSHIRE” in column 2 there shall be substituted—\n“\nBurton upon Trent\nCannock and Seisdon\nLichfield and Tamworth\nMid Staffordshire and Rugeley\nNorth Staffordshire\nStoke-on-Trent\n”;\n(e) for the entries in column 1 opposite the entry “WILTSHIRE” in column 2 there shall be substituted—\n“\nNorth West Wiltshire\nSouth East Wiltshire\nSwindon\n”.",
