Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Petty Sessions Areas (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force for the purposes of article 3 on 31st March 2002 and for all other purposes on 1st April 2001.

In this Order “the 1999 Order” means the Petty Sessions Areas Order 1999f1.
