Section 30A(2) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997 (c. 25) (inserted by section 83(1) of the Access to Justice Act 1999 (c. 22)) provides that the Greater London Magistrates' Courts Authority shall become the magistrates' courts committee for Greater London. Section 30A(2) comes into force on 1st April 2001.
