# The Pharmaceutical Qualifications (Recognition) Regulations 1996, Regulation 3: Amendments of the Pharmacy Act 1954


In Schedule 1A to the Pharmacy Act 1954 (qualifying European diplomas), subparagraph (2) of paragraph 4 (Germany) shall be repealed.
