# Pharmaceutical Services (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These Regulations amend the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 (“the principal Regulations”) by conferring voting rights on those members of the National Appeal Panel nominated by a Board and appointed under paragraph 16(3)(d) of Schedule 4.
