  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations amend the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 (“the principal Regulations”), by providing that chemists must comply with the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997 when supplying drugs urgently without prescription and that such a request may only be from a doctor.",
